I posted a couple of things on iHub a week or two ago about NEM and PAAS.

Bottlerocket: NEM

I think that the yellow dog is finally going to grow up and sprout some legs. Looking for a pullback before adding to my current position.

Bottlerocket: PAAS

A silver play...a guy on SI named long-gone brought up that environmental regulations concerning lead based solder on PCBs were going to make silver attractive in the future. Talking with some manufacturing buddies of mine, they are looking at 3-4 years for this to become implemented in a big way (lead solder to silver solder). ISO 14000 conformance is becoming a pretty big issue in Europe, the U.S. will follow at a slower pace.

Interestingly, this should also have a positive effect on the Semi equip plays as well.

I wouldn't look for things to move to fast based on this stuff though. The silver play will probably move faster based on inflation becoming an issue.
