A manager I knew at that location had to deal with union and EEO complaints all the time. An incredible distraction and so very draining. Plus the problem of replacing people who leave due to the climate. The ones who leave are always the ones you can least afford to lose and you're left with the dregs who work full time on their complaints. Hiring replacements is so slow that we could be in the next Presidential campaign before the affected office gets out of first gear. Fools walk in... If I ever knew anything about the labor situation at DOJ, I've since forgotten, but I do know that the last opponent you ever want to face as a manager is unionized lawyers. Can you imagine! Karen
