I agree with you Michael, KKD looks very pricey at this point. P/E ratio will have to come down either by higher profit or lower stock price and I hope it will be the higher profit.

But then again, SBUX with P/E of 80 seems more ridiculous.
KKD still in beginning stage of expansion mode, but SBUX is pretty much saturated. I don't see how SBUX can grow rapidly at this stage to compensate high P/E.

I'm in for the very long term. If I get 10 folds in 10 years, I'll be happy. In 10 years, P/E should be in teens or twenties. (I do trade little bit on the side but that's just for fun)

For short term, I expect KKD to trade in mid 50s to build basis for a while.

(You don't post much... it was an honor to have you here)

Mikey, Mikey, Mikey...do you remember AMER?

Very rocky road for that puppy, I recall...then, it

migrated to NYSE, symbol changed to AOL...the rest is history...or so they say...

To those who have two words for KKD, (i.e., Boston Chicken)
I say go ahead...short this baby to the hilt!!!

We'll soon see who goes for chapter 11...

Just my $0.02...
