SB,

i am going to continue to bring thus up a bit from Ebay because I do not believe most firms know how to provide real customer service. More often than not, the Ebay feedbacks are positive with kind of canned exsplanation. I believe if one compares our feedback to other sellers, the explantions are different. To take it a step further, look at the repeat customer rate. This will only feed on itself. It was slow at first when we had no feedback but momentum is picking up. I am indirectly making a point due to all the "crap" I heard for years about Amazon <VVBG>

A company is built by supplying a product price competively (not below cost) and with the proper service a valued customer deserves. Considering we have only been doing this for a touch over a month, the repeat customer rate is amazing.
