And I beg yours. CA may have less electric use due to their weather. I live where it hits 100+ in the summer and a chill factor of -40 in the winter. Then again we have been building a bunch of nuke plants.

I bet if you look at gasoline consumption CA would be high on the list. Gasoline is also energy.
