The fundamentals are very reasonable for FASH. It has greatly reduced the cash burn rate to $0.12/share last quarter, and cash is more than $4.00./share.

Note the sellers are shareholders with restricted stock, not company executives. Are you show they know much more than we do?

I am seriously looking at this one.

By the way, if you are looking for a profitable stock selling near cash value, consider ISTN. I hold this one in my portfolio as a long-term position, not for a short-term pop.

One more thing, PRVW is liquidating.
