Dave, Now you can watch a full length movie with great sound and video quality. The marginal increases we see in technology even today will get someone thinking "hey, I'll bet we can try to do XYZ now!" And while the first attempts might be laughable, they'll provide a direction. This is exactly the point. Did you know that smooth DVD playback was running problem free even with Celeron 300-500 (depending on type of graphics adapter)? Does it play any better if I move to a PIII-1000 or P4-2000? Video production is a possible killer app, but as many people who buy camcorders can attest to. They are willing to tape them, but not many would bother to buy video editing equipment for home use. Anyway, you are probably right, there is likely a killer app out there waiting to be built, waiting for years could make any of us lose faith. SbH
