Scumbria,

<<<How long has Barrett been CEO?>>>

The important measurement for Barrett and Intel, is that INTC has outperformed the NASD composit in that time and for the last 30 years.

As for AMD, there have been other times in the past 30 years where they have momentarily outperformed the NASD composit and each time failed to maintain to outperform NASD Composit. That is what is called a track record. A track record is something that is proven over time and not some phony statistic to prove one's point of view for the moment.

But, like Charlie Brown, I too often give in to hope over past performance. Maybe this time, Lucy will not pull the football from under me. But I also remember each time in the past when Sanders had pulled the stock from under me - causing me to land on my tush.

In your case, I think you should warn readers each time, that you do not actually put your own money where your advice is. Sheesh, there may be people out there, that think you actually believe in what you are telling us.
