OK, I can't open the link you posted but I'll assume it's correct. And I apologize for the rude tone of my post. You have made points worth discussing with my fellow Qool-Aid drinkQing Qultists.

Still, why would a mall operator want to have his customers surfing the web, and possibly engaging in e-commerce, instead of buying goods at the mall? The point of going to a mall is to lurk, window shop, and, if you are in the 12 to 16 year-old range, socialize. Once the novelty wears off, I would think that there is no business case for shopping mall installations.

Airports? I can see it. Malls? Naah.
