Well, to some extents, yes. Only this time its the owner themselves taking the full hit with no stock holders taking their share.

If you look at WLAN, it is mainly competing among themselves and wired LAN. Right now the gigabit is about to coming into the market, everyone gonna take some hard look before investing anything. Just take a look at where are the token ring today and how big a thing it was 3 or 4 years ago. And how about ATM, all these tell you companies are very careful with their spendings that overlap right now.

Oh, you know what I can do if I know where is your nice local wlan is? I'm gonna set up a nice little RMON outside your wall and figure out all your secrets.<ggg>
