We must be honest and realistic Scumbria. When you saw the lights left on in the office, you did not really see "wastefullness." You saw prices that were too low. Remember when Neo said how when prices were low at the book store, he was prone to make "wasteful" purchases on books he might just later throw away? He was simply revealing a truth that results of human nature. It costs very little to burn a light. Even at $2.00 a gallon, I have no problem filling up and taking a long drive just for kicks. When the price hits about $10 a gallon, then maybe I'll start thinking about changing.
