CA court ruling: SLAPP

I love that post! This is EXACTLY what ASTN is suing me over. This company sounds pretty similar to ASTN also, lots of promises and no delivery, offshore accounts in the Caymans, stock price under $1, me posting links to actual news and SEC documents for review... Who else would sue a poster for posting negative opinion; generally only lousy desperate companies who need to blame someone for their lack of success. The price hasn't even dropped since I started posting. It actually went up when I was posting the news item and SEC litigation release about the mob and ASTN's ipo.

So far they lost round one. It was thrown out of commerce court. Lots of mistakes in the lawsuit and they are past their due date to fix it. I told them not to bring this suit against me but their CEO is so bull headed. Time will tell. Get your checkbook ready, freddy.

I like the way a US District court applied a California statute (the anti-SLAPP law) in granting the defendants motion to strike down the lawsuit and to grant attorney's fees. Way to go!
