This was will not be fought in the South and East! Egypt and Jordan will stay out. Not because their population want to stay out, but because their Governments will not get themselves involved! Syria will be crippled militarily! The same goes for Lebanon! If Iraq strikes with a few SCUD missiles, I believe Israel will retaliate with the nuclear war-heads and Bassora and Baghdad will be targeted! Look it this was, one Iraqi war head carrying nerve gas could kill 100,000 people. Now do you think Israel will go to UN and cry "fallo"! I hope Sadam Hussein will not be so crazy as to think he can hit Israel and get away with it! Equally a hand-carried nuclear device could face the same retaliation against Syria and Iraqi's! In the meanwhile Israel will move into Palestinians territory and will make a clean sweep. Arafat will be out by then, maybe in Paris with wife Soha! One has to see to what extent the Bush admin. will exert influence on Sharon, or maybe it is vice versa? ggg
