Charlie, "...they are coming to us..." Ed told us so. <VBFG> Venture capital will come.

Look at iNEXTV from this perspective -

who else has an infrastructure to produce, aggregate, syndicate and distribute streaming video on the 'net.

who else has the technology to make the video smoothe, clear and less buffered.

who else has the tech background and is committed to keep funding tech going forward

who else has over 100 + million unique eyeballs in their syndication.

who else is in competition with iNEXTV on this level.

and

who else is dot com left standing after a nuclear bear market with content creators knocking on the door

granted, not everyone has taste for Heide Klum, Couch confessions, Horescopes, Billboard Minutes, Swim suits, Hugh Downs, or so on and so on however, just hook one person on one show and make a buck a week. one dollar times 100 million eye balls time 52 weeks is a lot of money <VBFG>

the last piece is the paying advertisers who will arrive shortly.

To a V C the downside risk is minimal and the upside potential is a piece of 85 billion dollar branding budget.

Greenie span is making money extremely cheap. Reflect upon the multi-billions thrown at business plans in the past that did not have a revenue model. Cheap money brings out the best in us speculators <VBFG>

I gotta stop posting like this as I promised I would not buy another share.............now look what I did....

Amboy C...First you need to consider that a Microsoft investment is more than the dough. I think the "strategic Partner" part is paramount. Microsoft has the "juice" to make someone successful.

Also, I don't agree it would be dilutive. From my perspective there is no value imparted to AXC common at all right now for INEXTV. A direct investement in iNextv say for 15 million dollars for 20% would create a value of iNextv of 75 million for 100%. That's 3 times todays market cap. The key is a DIRECT investment in INEXTV by MICROSOFT. That doesn't involve issuing more AXC shares, but it does accomplish a tangible valuation that just doesn't exist right now.
