Just curious... why would anyone want to call any food 'fake' anything... why not call it what it really is? I understand the idea of a reference point, but by calling the food 'such and such' instead of 'fake something else' seems better in the long run... for example, Coke Cola calls their product 'the real thing,' it would be counter productive for Pepsi Cola to call their product 'fake Coke Cola,' I know this seems like an extreme example, but I think it dramatizes the point here...<g> just my thoughts.....<g>
