So they can do exactly what they said on 7 May 1999,
reduce reserves from 715mt to around 300mt

The 1999/2000 sales were 5 auctions of 25mt each = 125mt
The 2000/2001 sales were 6 auctions of 25mt each = 150mt
The 2001/2002 sales will be 6 auctions of 20mt each = 120mt

Total sales will be 395mt, which will get them down to 320mt
I guess they could have done another 6X25, which would have taken them down to 290mt (too low?)
