First of i want to thank Marc for helping me and finding a solution for part of my mess at symantec. The simplicity with which NVA offers solutions is certainly deserving of merit badge in my opinion. I was trying on my own to figure out if i could correct the error on my computer. I have spent far to much time in MSft and have achieved nothing other than perhaps conclude it is possible I have a registry problem whatever a registry is. I also have a system configuration utility that is not working properly and it should be. This Windows Me system in my mind has been thrown together. In my case trying to correct a problem by attempting to follow their directions precisely was not possible I could not even begin. I don't have a program labelled browse which i assumed meant my search. This brings to mind to me where inflation is. My computer a major problem to me, is costing me, on an hourly base. There of i am going to raise my rates. If I cant fix it I have to get someone in to fix it. Now if you are upset my rates have gone up, contribute this increase of mine to MSFT. I also will look for the most simple system tried and true next times with most flaws removed prior to my purchase. Yes Ah i shall listen to the T. No wonder the computer makers have headaches the soft ware is not up to par and unfortunately most people like me start out with a computer brand not taking into consideration the operating system and the hardware are entirely different characters. We are suppose to be a nation of innovators. Well it could very well be tried and true will win out and modernization including directives to increase any kind of economic out put will due little but aid to balloons and bottoms .
