Well, let's hope that Arab leaders pulled Arafat aside during the recent Arab League meetings and told him they weren't willing to invite war with Israel over Palestinian terrorism.

Arafat has some control, but not full control. His political
survival depends on giving his people a free hand. I believe there are less than 3% moderates in his camp! Great majority want to fight it out, they are fed-up, desperate, and have nothing to loose! There was no such thing as Palestininan people, but wrong policies, and refusal of the West to help solve this problem for the past 50 years has created a unite people. United in helping Israel, the United States, and ready to die for their cause.
