Torus - Re: IDT After spending 1/2 looking and reading, I think IDT looks good on the surface. Certainly lots of value here. Market cap is below cash (878 million vs 1.08 billion) cash is 33.47/share They are losing money, but not a major bleeder. I dont really understand the TGNT deal (doesnt make sense to me as an outsider, but Im sure they got great terms) I could not find anything regarding the tax issue on $1 billion you mentioned. Maybe you can offer a link. This sounds like a very important issue. IDT has amazing support 20-21 level I would love to join you at that level. Thank you for the idea Michail
