Patricia...How would you solve the CA problem....??? But then, confusion reigns.....I believe you and Scum said there wasn't a problem.... Even Davis said in one of the articles posted today that the "problem wasn't Bush's fault...." So I will ask again....IF there is an energy problem in CA, how would you solve it?
