There were about 6 quarter/dollar mules, most were sold in the $25,000-30,000 range.
(going by memory, would have to research up details)
State quarters with full rotation (most Georgia) are $500+, off center strikes are good for $250+

A lot of money has been made from the state quarters programs for regular collectors. Even common stuff like the 1999 proof set ($19.95 issue) is bid/ask at 40/45 - nothing like an easy double in 12 months. The Y2Kers should have bought those instead of silver !!
