aburner:

Aren't Athy 1.4's and 1.5's currently in the mill??? If so, would seem to minimize the significance of any 1.2 and 1.33 GHz alleged stability issues, wouldn't it???

Dear Aburner:

Since my Tbird is running at 1.425G stable at default voltage (1.75V) for over a month now, that statement sounds like a complete fabrication. Could it be from a biased source? Like the old Cyrix CPU division? The real reason for the shortage is evident. As soon as some supply is available, it is quickly sold to those on a waiting list. Demand is outstripping supply. When the 1.4 is released, demand for 1.33 will drop and it will be easier to obtain.
