Yes, VPR has been trading a couple of hundred thousand shares a week for the last couple of weeks. Most of the shares have been sold at the bid which is not that positive, but everytime a few shares hit the bid, somebody comes in and bids for more. The bids that come in are for large blocks. Most of the sell orders are for 10,000 to 25,000 shares which tells me, somebody in the know is accumulating while the small guy is selling. Just my novice interpretation.
