*Way OT.*
So I said to the guy.
YOU KNOW>
you can track everybody who looks at your profile.
At least by ISP address.
All you have to do is put an jpg or gif
image on your profile....and serve it up
from a site ...
You can track who (and when somebody) looks at your profile.
(I thought this was common knowledge)...
A security breach...I don't think so...
It's just the same information that SI has on you and i for years...
They can tell what ISP your coming from...and unless you have a static IP address they don't really know more than that.
(i.e.They can ping your computer or post your web page)...if they can telnet and SU up they could theoretically get root....
But that's a whole 'nother paranoid delustion...
If your running that high security operating system WIN98..(have it really locked down)....and you have a static IP address....Who knows what the hell they can do...LOL.
You can always reformat ....Or leave a file that says "SENSATIVE_FINANCIAL_INFORMATION" and (when they click on it) have a script reformat the hackers hard drive...
