More than half a year ago when I bought this machine from a local SD shop I was amazed to learn that AMD had two major weak spots in supporting the SD market relative to Intel:

(1) inadequate RMA program (unless a whole batch was obviously, physically flawed) so the SD shop had to take the loss;

(2) inadequate technical support - not that I think a lot of technical support is likely needed.

These are both areas I would like to see AMD invest more money in. The SD shops still sell AMD processors (and in increasing proportion from Petz's and others observations) but this is likely driven primarily by the cost advantage more than any other aspect. Perhaps they have made improvements in these areas. I will try and stop by for a spot check on AMD's support for the SD market.
