S&P would "wait for better information technology spending trends before adding to positions."

That's why we don't pay much attention to S&P. Their timing is notoriously atrocious. In S&P's defense, they never claim to be timing gurus. However, when they do make 'timing' statements like they 'would wait ...', they should be taken to task for their non-expertise.

S&P missed a +$7.79 (+14.39%) day. If one expects the market to grow at about 15% a year, being out of QLGC today, per S&P's advice, could be a very costly mistake.
