Taggart (President and CEO)commented: ``We are experiencing a tremendous interest in our biodiesel fuel. The interest is coming from the transportation and stationary power generator sectors. The transportation industries want to meet mandated pollution standards and the stationary power generation companies want to maintain power during potential rolling blackouts, as well as control the escalating cost of electricity. ``We currently have the largest individual contract for biodiesel in U.S. history to date (1.2 million gallons) under our belt and expect that other fleets will follow what Rockland Materials (Arizona) has done. Biodiesel fuel has proven to be able to provide a solution to these kinds of pollution problems. ``Our plant construction is progressing on schedule and management needed to make sure that the company secured sufficient feedstock to supply our growth. ``It is my view, as well as my management team, that SSPC is poised to become the major supplier for the 11 western states and our Coachella Valley, Calif. facility and other contemplated plants will produce the fuel for this market (Pictures of the plant under construction can be seen at the company's Web site.
