yes , our own minds are the "final frontiers "...
before they get all worked up over
the second coming , they have quite a bit
of Karma to deal with first...the Dalai Lama/Buddhist/Hindu
forms representing the deepest
forms of prayer and actualization. <G>

Faith is only just the start , yet seems to be
the "everything " for some . So many Christians have
no idea how much farther and deeper their Hindu
and Buddhist brothers go.

Of course when you spend so much of your
time delving deeply within the most
complex and advanced machine and it's software
in the Universe , the Human body/mind he just
might have something to offer them ..

they should all have some fun....

It's nice to have
a Dalai Lama in the world . He was so in love
with the toys of science in his youth in Tibet,
when Heinrich Herrer and a young German officer
escaped from the British Prisoner of war camp
in India , and made their ways across the border & all
the way to Lhasa.

** Heinrich Herrer was the first Mt Climber to conquer
the Matterhorn , and was off to conquer Everest when the war broke out , and the Brits imprisoned him . He just might have been the first to climb Everest, if the war hadn't broken out ... spent 7 years with
the young Dalai Lhama, and he taught him many
things of the West until they had
to flee the Red Dragon. An interesting little book
was written by Herrer called :

"7 years in Tibet "....the Dalai Lham loved his Radio and Binoculars.....hehe

;-)

PS:
I was posting to myself , the former link has
the article of God and the Brain cover
story on Newsweek talking about just this ,
and the new field of “neurotheology,” scientific
search for a biological basis
of spirituality.

You ever hear what happened in this, Mars?

BTW--I apologise for not getting to your posts--on this and other threads. They are usually so complete that I simply move past them :)
