NO???<<< I can't tell if you're being facetious or not...so just in case you're not, "NO," not a free market...rigged market, "Yes." Isn't that really the WS model? (dereg wasn't shooting for a truly free market model...a liquid, competitive market with customer choice of providers and the promise of lower prices was the goal I believe...at least that's how they sold it to the bagholders...er, ratepayers.) Gold heading to $290...oh happy day.
