Donald: You may want to take a look at the Taiwan market tonight as it just went pierced below the 5,000 level of support after a gap down move at the open. Over the past week or so, the market developed a triangle but today it showed its hand by breaking firmly to the downside. What are your Asian contacts saying these days about business conditions? Looks like Taiwan market is sweating an export number due out tomorrow which will show a big drop. But news last week as that overdue loans hit a record in Taiwan. I think SEA is showing larger and larger cracks.

Edit: caught up with your cycle change post. As I'm not an expert on cycles, it is interesting to find confirmation of my own readings. Out of curiousity, do you see any sectors holding promise for longs?
