This system, under typical real world operating conditions may overheat. Should these real world operating conditions occur, under the control of Intel's thermal control circuit (TCC), this system may be clock throttled down from an advertised frequency of 1.7GHz to an effective frequency of .85GHz.

This Athlon system is overclocked and overheated. A crash is imminent and there is no recovery mechanism. You're screwed and we(AMD) don't care.
