IEE: Yep you are correctomundo..or is that the "world is correctemente" <GGGG> I'm banking on some, maybe subcontracting to the smaller commerical development.

In re checking the numbers Joe is correct about the cash position of the company. That does seem stange, but could be explained by the high costs of construction labor of 15k employees, if they are union (high wages) and higher cost of materials. I still like the potential.
