So IMO, it is a safety net mechanism. Well, no one really know the detail and did the vigorous test of really load a system with proper thermal design to test if even a properly designed machine operated in proper condition and under heavy load, this 'feature' will still kick in. If that is true, may be we can talk about fraud or misleading. gary
