We are not holding losers but companies that are the best in top industries. We milked some of the nets for a while and what a lot of milk we got, but now we are very careful now. Lots of traders bashed poor KREM and it was on our list for upside as being the top in the sector, RIMM and HOMS were good longs and are shorts only for daytrades. Times have changed, fundamentals are back and if you want to hold any company for a longer term (over 3 weeks) you should look to the stocks with high relative strength and Earnings Per Share. Don't shy away from stocks that are a bit pricey if they are high RS stocks, they are better than bottom fishing for junk. Good RS stocks climb more in rallies and are better at withstanding drops. They bounce back well and you should seek an entry at pullbacks.

The best place to buy is when they pull back to a sideways base and break out of that base. BUY ON PULLBACKS.. Don't wait for the stock to get oversold to get in. Keep aware of the rising 50 and 20 day moving averages. Strong stocks rarely pull back below the 50 day and usually only to the 20 day moving average (i.e. ADVP, PSFT, FLYR, ASYS, SLOT, etc)

lilbully,Your SYKE did stupendously well, I also still like HRB (although that move today kind of capapulted HRB into all time high and URS I was waiting for it to take out that rectangular flag and it did. Now i'm also watching SYKE and FLYR just won't break news high after new high and I've been long FLYR for weeks now nearly three.
