milo. Gateway also need to change. GTW has the preoensity to buy the cheapest possible stuff that will barely do the job and then charges a premium for it. I expect there is too much fat at GTW too. Dell at least has realised that low quality costs mpore than you save in burnt bridges as corporate people have long memories. Civilians can be suckered as they buy one and believe the ads. How has consumers reports rated GTW products in the past? GTW needs to follow the Dell model too. Bill
