Do you think that is a bit complicated to explain? I thought the original accusation was simply 'since P4 cannot operate at published speed at all time, it is misleading or fraud' so if Intel loudly advertised the feature that P4 has a safety net feature to prevent the CPU from burning, it will be no fraud ?
