Actually, it reads correctly:

"The two workstation models, W6000 and W8000, are dual-processor capable and will ship with the new Intel Pentium 4 Xeon processors at speeds of 1.4GHz, 1.5GHz and 1.7GHz."

What they don't tell you is that those quoted speeds reflect the sum of each of the two throttled Xeons in a system running on a 50% duty cycle.
