McDonough spoke last night in Germany,in past he even attacked gold directly, suggesting that US should sell, helping to quash a prior rally, but then, he was appointed by Clinton team. He, though, said nothing last night, must be on a bit of a shorter tether. He did talk about risk. Anyone else hear Goldman upgraded ABX & PDG this morning? Could their plan be to get the ABX PDG stock price strong enough to have a currency to take over the unhedged / more lightly hedged thus allowing game to continue? Whom would these go after?
