<that is just so much bullshit! every country i travel in takes us dollars> It's not bullshit..as I said... I lived in Germany for years... try and use dollars at the "Appfelwine Klaus" on the "Fressegasse" in Frankfurt and then come back and apologize. What you're saying is simply untrue all over northern Europe. I was in Paris 2 months ago, and nothing has changed... you wouldn't think of using dollars where we went. Now, on the other hand many cabbies all over Europe take dollars gladly and rip off the touristo's... perhaps that's you! LOL, look ask Heinz, he lives in Austria and knows better than either of us.
