Gamekeeper, I like the metrics that you have laid down. Though I normally hate metrics people (sorry, nothing personal). Your first job is to go hog tie Gloop and leave him on the pedestal in front of the building. His new job is to be our "hood ornament". If you are successful at that, you will be the VP of Keeping Gloop in line. You will still have servicing duties.
