tip, lots of large volume shops in North America are DEAD. I was in Montreal last week and the two biggests volume shops there are on either 2 or 3 day work weeks.

At one time ATT had the biggest shop in the US in Richmond, they are no longer. Rumor has it a shop that did tons of punch and crunch Ford work is ready to file Chap 11.

Honeywell in Mineapolis is consolidating from 6 to 2-3 shops...

The smaller shops will survive as qty go lower and some will be bought by the larger ones once things start to pickup... I know one company positioning themselves right now to be bought once the cycle starts back up.
