The moral indignation of the Republican right had been the biggest political turn off I've ever had.

Not to worry, Frank. Someone in the Republican party will eventually screw up in a way that makes it possible for the Democrats to prove themselves to be sanctimonious, hypocritical and ett up with envy. That's the check-and-balance part of government.

Why are you focused on Clinton's ...instead of Presidential metrics?

Very simple. He who is faithful with little is faithful with much.

The moral indignation of the Republican right had been the biggest political turn off I've ever had.

Very simple. He who has turned his back on conviction and forgiveness has in turn has opened himself up to condemnation. If one doesn't have a conscience, he cannot be forgiven for what he refuses to recognize as a tresspass or "missing the mark". Forgiveness is easily given to those who recognize conviction. But nobody, including God himself can forgive the one who has no conscience and has turned his back on conviction. But no matter how hard anyone including God himself tries to forgive, the one who no longer has a conscience cannot receive that forgiveness.

One thing I fear you have failed to consider when you say they were "ett up with envy". Is that Clinton was waging as large a war as he could with the Republicans in Congress. That is how he operated. He spent many multi-millions investigating every Republican and their families. Anything he could find. And the Republicans now had something on him...do you condemn them for their actions? And if you don't believe me on how much he spent waging war against the Republicans. Just give my old representative, Dana Rohrbacher a call. After the Clinton White House couldn't find anything on Dana. He went after Dana's wife, to the tune of SEVEN MILLION DOLLARS IN LEGAL AND INVESTIGATIVE FEES.
