Zee FWIW my measures for NDX100 and NASD(COMPX) are 2212 and 2425 respectively,the prime test being roughly the closing levels on 2/16.max

If it is not lower, it is a minimum I the BTB possibly, a good buying place for the semi-equip.

It may be an historically good place to buy them, but I hardly find the valuations compelling. AMAT is at 4.5x trailing sales, and you have great sales numbers in the trailing quarters. It would be a good time to buy if they were cheap, but they aren't. People bought in trying to beat the bottom, and they have. The semi equips may go higher, because people seem to have forgotten the lesson of last year in that valuations matter. The BtB may be at a trough, but valuations sure aren't.
