Yes. Although I am not sure which devices use which. The only one I have investigated is my IBM 75GXP drive which uses 8W idle on the +5V and 24W for startup on the +12V; and of course fans typically use the +12V.

The +5 and +3.3 are the "combined power" used for AMD CPUs but the raw potential also seems to be modified by some other qualitative factor(s) in AMD's PSU recommendations. But again, I don't know how they all get transformed and used... but did select a 3-phase power solution (6 MOSFETs) with the Iwill KK266 for higher efficiency/lower heat and power quality (at least per ABIT PR).
