Once Rambus file the appeal (sometime next month?), how long does it usually take before we get the appeal court decision on Markman ? I am use to get appellate decisions in state court within a few months, tops, of presenting the case. Apparently this time limit gets stretched out in Federal court. My experience is presenting cases to state appellate courts. Rambus is claiming sometime next year; my experience in state appellate court says sometimes within the next 5 to 6 months we should have the decision. Tinker
