each time George and Dick open their mouths, they describe (legitimize) shortages of oil, energy, refineries, etc...real or imaginary . Can you imagine a better PR team for oil companies to use in their quest for higher profits ? Big oil must think it died and went to heaven.

It is really difficult for me to understand how people can whine about the price of gasoline in one breath and suggest there is no shortage in the next. IF, IN ANYONE'S VIEW, THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH, THEN THERE IS A DE FACTO SHORTAGE WITH RESPECT TO THAT PERSON.

Barbara Boxer gave us another example of this kind of convoluted reasoning last weekend. Whilst moaning about electricity shortages, she is unwilling to back off the preposterous environmental regulations that contribute to the problem in the first place. What an idiot! Typical of the liberal way of thinking (THIS, OF COURSE, EXPLAINS WHY CALIFORNIA AND NEW YORK ARE THE TROUBLED STATES -- the problems are created by the extremist liberalism predominant in these states). It serves them right.
