It sure sounded like the re-negotiated bond was not going to be a problem. With the kind of volume we saw today, I'm sure there is quite a bit more coming our way.

There used to be considerable discussion of a naked short position in this stock. If that is the case, then I would not doubt there may have been some covering of shorts. With production to begin soon, and gold on the rise, it would be the smart time for them to back away from the table.

Web site update states that they believe some Swiss investors are taking a position. Also states that the 10 cent private placement was for the first 100,000 dollars worth of private placement, which has already been subscribed. The remaining will consist of shares and warrants valued at 90% of the previous 5 day average bid price.
