Max, after checking charts, it seems 51 was weak resistance on the QQQ, but I have to say that I was figuring the NDX would move in concert with the COMPX. With the big move up today by the big boys, I'd expect some distribution amongst the smaller and mid-caps to follow, thus taking the wind out of the sails of the larger caps a bit.

Most of the big caps had big moves today, with the exception of EMC,MSFT, INTC, and WCOM. I think that EMC's slow movement had to do with the downgrade from Wit today. The poor retail sector results held back my VVTV today a bit also.

EMC's chart looks like it will break up or down (I'm guessing break up). Bollinger bands squeezing tight.
