Fading fast CDMA wise and other wise. Deemphasizing CDMA supposedly, and betting the ranch on GPRS (which, I guess will be the GPRS Kiss of Death. <g>), but using more QCOM ASIC's.

Like Cha2, can't figure out the award.

Meantime, did you listen to the CDG Digevent on Korea, and hear Samsung touting their ASIC's?

At least on the Moderated thread nobody seemed to pick up on that.

It seemed to take Perry LaForge by surprise

They did not indicate whether or not they had, would have a 1xRTT ASIC, but given the context of the event I intuited that they intend to.
