Easy statement to make ... but I don't think a valid one ...
Zip is just too expensive to replace the floppy. To replace the floppy
a zip disk need to cost less then $1.50 (the price where one
can pass info on with out worrying about the cost of the medium).

I don't follow IOM that closely (nor, apparently does anyone else on SI)

There are still a few of us old-timers hanging on here.

I haven't posted yet because I am still digesting the news and trying to decide what to do.
My instincts say SELL, but I'm trying to think through all of the possibilities before pulling the trigger.

I was beginning to think things were looking up again...
Now this.
